The house is on 3 levels:
Ground floor: entrance, laundry room with washing machine and sink
First floor: living room with fireplace, large and full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower
Second floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub
The house can comfortably accommodate 5 people and it is possible to accommodate 2 more people in the double sofa bed in the living room
Bedrooms are arranged into: 1 main double bedroom (or 2 single beds), 1 twin bedroom (or 1 double bed), 1 single bedroom.
The house is located a few steps from the main entrance to the historical centre and all the windows give onto a large green area used as public garden. The house is quiet and it is at only 30 m from the main car park
Central heating, fireplace in the living room and wood stove in the kitchen make the house warm and comfortable also during the winter season
RENTAL PRICES PER WEEK
January - May 300,00 euros
June 400,00 euros
July /August 550,00 euros
September 500,00 euros
October - December 300,00 euros
one week before and one week after Easter 400,00 euros
from 20th December to 6th January 400,00 euros
- 10% discount from third week
- special discount for long rental periods
- prices include weekly change of linen, do not include heating
